Why would I buy a home now?

Now is a great time to buy a house.  Yes, NOW! There are some great deals in our area, and some very motivated sellers.

But, what about financing? While it´s true that easy financing for anyone is a thing of the past-if you have a steady income, a good credit history and realistic expectations, you CAN get a home loan.

I won´t encourage you to get in over your head.  In fact I might advise you to slow down and wait awhile before buying a house.
